Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at frantzjujuscha@gmail.com. Returns must be shipped to:

Magdalenenstraße 64, 20148 Hamburg, Germany (please add full postcode if needed).

We will provide a return shipping label and instructions once your return is approved. Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at frantzjujuscha@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

•  Custom-made or personalized items

•  Perishable goods

•  Personal care products

•  Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

•  Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit.
